Redford and Elizabeth Tramell
Missionaries to
Peru since 1960 and 1956
Redford & Elizabeth, are Missionaries to Peru.
Elizabeth is from Centerville Iowa, she arrived in Peru by plane in
October 1956. She was to be a teacher and missionary,
In September 1960, Redford drove from his home in Jellico TN, to
board a slow cargo ship from New Orleans to Peru to become a
missionary.
Neither one could speak Spanish and had to learn the language and
culture the hard way.
They met
in April 1961 and were married in December 1961 in Peru.
They have three sons, Jonathan, Marcos and Andrew.
